It might have been last night’s red wine, or perhaps the level of chatter (we had our first full house at spinning today) but, having knit diligently away on the Swallowtail Shawl until I completed the second Lily of the Valley chart (67% done!) – I have come home to find that I have three stitches too many.

Time to start going backwards.


Once I fix this little hiccup, I just have the final chart to go. I still don’t have my longer needles, though.
