Her mother’s daughter

I love this, though I gather it was not universally popular.

I’ve been catching up on Celtic Connections on the BBC while I have been knitting on my shawl today. (Chart 7 is now set.)

All I can say is that Eliza is morphing into her own mother.  She’s clearly not the slip of a girl that I still thought she was 🙂

Congratulations to her – I heard on the radio yesterday that she was picking up her MBE. There can’t be many families where each of Mother, Father and Daughter all have their own gong.

Maybe next year will be the year that I get to attend Celtic Connections. We could take Brunhilde.
