Dusty went to see the vet today and now has a lovely new passport.

The Air fryer had two deployments today – Croissants for breakfast and sausages for tea.

So far I have to say that reheating the Viennoiseries is the great Air Fryer success story. The results are perfect, and so fast.

Today’s sausages were not quite as successful. I gave them 15 minutes at 180C and took them off at 11 minutes but by then I believe that they were over cooked. Difficult really to know as they were unfamiliar Thai sausage bought from the Asian supermarket. Delicious, though!

The next Air Fryer test will be on Sunday when I shall be popping in some half-baked rolls.
