Project Tracker

EDIT: A surprising number of people have read this post and downloaded the files. Sadly, a completely unsurprising number have acted appropriately – zero. So, it takes very little effort to click and download. Does it actually take very much more to leave a two word comment behind you? A few “Thank You” messages would go a long way in persuading me to upload further project-specific tracking sheets. More importantly, it’s just plain good manners, you know?

As promised over on Ravelry, here is a very simple project tracker in Excel format(s).

This sheet is very manual and is best suited to rectangular lace projects with an all-over repeat.  Take it, use it as you will, modify it freely. Pass it back if you do wondrous things with it.

Read the notes first! The worksheet is on the second tab.

I’ll be working on a swanky automated version, useful for more projects.

Swallowtail Shawl Tracker

And here is the tracker for the popular Swallowtail Shawl by Evelyn Clark. N.B. I made this from the pattern charts published in Interweave Knits and NOT from the PDF published on Evelyn’s web site. There may be differences.

Home from Melle, we set about cleaning the van in preparation for going out again. August, 6-9th, 2019

Deeply disappointed by our early return from the Dordogne and buoyed up by slightly cooler weather we effected our plan to go out “little and often” in an attempt to train the cats for living in the new van.
