At the Fair

A busy day at the Christmas Fair today. Lots of sales. Lots of meeting and greeting. A pleasant time had by all and a nice boost to the coffers. KnitPro needles were selling well and the Ashford e-spinner and blending board both caused a stir. My poonies were badly mauled, alas.

Fibre Fun

It’s probably an indication of how far under par I have been lately, that our new blending board lay untouched for over a week. Kitten

I’ve been out trying to get some snapshots of a neighbour’s kittens. Kitties moves o quickly – most of the shots have movement blur. I need to try again. This was the best from the session.

Chocolate Truffles

Results from our first experiment in chocolate-making. White Chocolate truffles with vanilla and crystallised ginger, enrobed in bitter chocolate. Dark Chocolate truffles flavoured with Pannetone essence and containing candied citron peel, enrobed in bitter chocolate

Overnight Rolls
