Rainy Days and MondaysI may be the only person on the planet who can turn out carded batts that are lumpier and bumpier than the fibre that they started with. Sigh.

This is Rainy Days and Mondays – a blend of 3 greys, 2 blues and a green.

It is entirely possible that the prevailing weather is having an effect on my outlook.

I shall probbaly deploy these 2 batts ont he Country Spinner 2 when it arrives – I want to try my hand at core wrapping.

Side note: this could have been an amazing blip today, if only I’d had both legs of my trousers on when I spotted the Kestrel outside my bedroom window this morning. I shall be watching out for him tomorrow!

I am lagging on the Month in the Country prompts, and lagging badly at that. I have a list of prompts t be caught up on and I shall be working my way through them here, or at Scattered Thoughts depending on where the post most naturally sits. I have elected to tackle the prompts not in date order necessarily but to seize upon prompts that offer me space in which to write down the things that I am feeling the need to say.
