Today is [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tolkien_Reading_Day]Tolkein Reading Day[/url]. It would appear that I have rid myself of my copies of LOTR and The Hobbit, so no pics of them appearing today.
Today is also the anniversary of [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patrick_Troughton]Patrick Troughton[/url]’s birth. He was of course the 2nd Doctor Who.
I am not cheating – this is not the same image as [url=http://www.blipfoto.com/entry/4090281]Day 68[/url], nor even the same “Tardis” – this police box is newly-arrived and is 00 Gauge. I had such fun with this – really pushing the filters in Analog Efex Pro – am particularly proud of the whooshy effect, looking as though the thing is materialising.
I make no apologies and if I find further excuses to play with Tardis pictures in the future, I absolutely will do so.
