(04/01/19: ETA Chocolate Fondants)

Don’t want to bore anybody but don’t wish to let down anyone who is actually following this stuff, so I’m just doing a quick summary of the Air Fryer Adventures. Move on now if you have no interest.

The spreadsheet is now updated, more or less. I have of course left it too long to be able to remember essential details of time and temperature, and I apologise for this. There have been other meals in the fryer but I see no point in repeating notes once the nitty gritty has been firmed up. I’m just noting down the new recipes.

Here follows a small gallery of the more interesting items produced recently.

Confit Duck, Nov 2018
Piri-Piri Chicken 17/12/18
Bacalhau com Natas 25/12/18
Bacalhau com Natas 25/12/18
Grilled marinated chicken 27/12/18
Fried new potatoes 31/12/18 – the Coq au Vin was cooked in Mr D’s Thermal Cooker (more of this, later)
Chocolate Fondant Pudding, served with Dulche du Leche, Cream and Toasted Walnuts

In addition, there was a dish of fried Halloumi with couscous but the photo came out sub-par and I am not sharing that one. I have shared the Duck Confit even though that has been covered previously but, you know, it just came out looking so very good… All of the above were cooked in the van on our travels.

I have full step by step photos of Christmas dinner and the Bacalhau com Natas, if anybody wants me to share, please ask or I may never get around to it.
