We are back in Fife, at the Silverdyke Caravan park at Cellardyke. We managed to get a cancellation booking for The Cellar last night and set about celebrating 18 years together. Unfortunately, I took a tumble in the afternoon and failed to get the best from my evening due to everything hurting. It had  however been a gorgeous day and we had a fine walk around Crail and back along the Coastal Path. The evening was balmy too and I limped down to the restaurant and back without a jacket on.

Dinner was absolutely fabulous. There was no start course as all of the courses were perfect. Really, no way to choose between them.

The wine flight helped with my aches and pains and we found a few wines on the list that we hope to pursue when we arrive in Europe.

Today it is raining. Mr L walked Nell and I rested my ankle and did the laundry. Later on we will stroll down to Anstruther for fish and chips. Tomorrow we will be sleeping in England. Forward plans are made all the way to  the Channel and bookings secured wherever needed. We have brought forward the departure date to the 4th September. Details forthcoming at Two Snails.
