No… that would be wasteful (no matter how bad the soup was yesterday!) – it was a total blockage, on the far side of the Tweeny. No amount of household soda or plunging was clearing it – until I had the logical approach of turning the Tweeny on and plunging at the same time. This had initial hilarious (and messy) consequences until I put a soaker-upper over the drain hole in the draining board. Finally, it did the trick.
