Out and about the island all day with the U3A photo group. Plenty of wildflowers in the kirkyard.

Having risen unusually (for me) early and done my duty (yes, my desk is clear!) long before needing to prepare lunch, I treated myself to half an hour outside. It had been raining so I wandered down the track and along the verge. I was seeking some nice droplet shots but it turned out to be too breezy for sharp handheld photographs.
Doubling up
My main task today is to clear my desk of its clutter and ready it for moving across the room on Friday. I also need to bake bread, cook lunch, clean lenses, charge batteries and perhaps gird myself to tackle that sensor clean… and make time to go wild. It’s all go.
