Well, it got to be after tea time and I was wondering what on earth I might Blip today – then I remembered I had used my phone to snap Teddy after he crawled under the duvet this morning. It turned out to be a horrible photograph, so I stuck it through a Lomo filter …

What I got in the January Sales
Our wedding anniversary (31st December) choccies finally arrived today – and so did Jack
Slight Miss
There was a fabulous “crack ‘o doom” sunrise today. I missed the best of it due to feeding the dogs. Anybody else would have said boo to the dogs and grabbed their camera. My dogs are collies however and have me trained to understand their need and compulsion for routine. So. I missed the glorious …
No more naughtiness
The last of the cake and the end of the Wensleydale. From tomorrow we return to a sensible diet.
Needle and ribbon
I could be tempted out by the glorious light today but I have just been to feed the chooks and decided that it is warmer in the “studio”. I set this shot up on the way to today’s nybblets 365 image. One day I shall get around to completing my cushion cover.
Roll Again

I had a nasty panic when my reversing ring got jammed in the camera body and after that had not the heart for dicking about with very small DoF shots… I used multiplying rings for this, and a LR filter (PSKiss Lomo …
Flotsam
I went out to see what the post-storm world looked like. The road has been cleared but is still slippery with seaweed and the verge is piled high with kelp and rubbish. The sea is still sploshing over but everything is far calmer today. Nell has several new floats added to her collection. I liked …
Three Dimensional Objects, Take 2
My 365 efforts today were unfulfilling. Nothing met my vision. I began with a trio of hats, intending to name the shot “A Hat Trick” I took around a dozen shots and nothing really worked, so I fell back on another pun and decided to photograph Three Dimensional Objects. I fiddled around for about an …
