Oven Spring
Not entirely sure what went so very right today but that’s what I’d call Oven Spring! Perhaps it was the change in flour – I’m onto a sack of Marriage’s Manitoba now that the Bacheldre Watermill Baker’s White is finished. I think it is an impressive loaf. My DH says it is a football.
