Velvet PlumI spent much of this morning in winding 800 grams of yarn skeins into yarn cakes. I took many photographs and hoped to share one here. Unfortunately “Velvet Plum” seems to be one of those shades that is enormously difficult to capture accurately. In short, I made a pig’s ear of the whole process. Fortunately  I noticed that all the skeins but one had a label that was a shade  of green. Photo opportunity? I don’t know, you tell me. At the very least, it’s a Blip. I’m going back to Masterchef now. Toodleoo.
