“First the County Show and then winter…” an old farmer spake to me when we met at the GP surgery. Well, I took a walk in the afternoon and noted that although the barley is turning, it’s not ripenned yet, so please can winter wait a little while yet? (We also have the house rendering to paint)

Beth is a roamer. She lives in a motorhome and has a backup static caravan that serves as a bolthole if needed. Bricks and mortar are very much a thing of the past.
