I took a quick snap of my dinner. DH said “I think mine is prettier than yours” – so I took a snap of his plate too. This is his dinner. A “deconstructed” fish pie of Smoked Cod, asparagus, broccoli and cheese sauce (Caerphilly, leek, dill, mustard) with a home made rough puff pastry hat. Sadly only one Blip a day, so I can’t share the pudding – a wondrous vamp on the Cranachan theme.

Beth is a roamer. She lives in a motorhome and has a backup static caravan that serves as a bolthole if needed. Bricks and mortar are very much a thing of the past.
