Fulmar at WhitemillIt was a gorgeous morning, the tide was out and so was the sun, better still the wind was down. What to do? Why pack a couple of sandwiches, grab dogs and camera, and fire up the Land Rover. We went off to do the 3 mile circular at Whitemill and Hellihowe.

Very glad that we did – aside from the over abundance of bovine attention.

Picked up a few bruises in a couple of tumbles on the shingle though. No worries, I kept the camera safe!

Always in search of that one good Fulmar shot and one day I shall achieve it. Today came close but I see I have been over enthusiastic with the output sharpening.
