I went out to see what the post-storm world looked like. The road has been cleared but is still slippery with seaweed and the verge is piled high with kelp and rubbish. The sea is still sploshing over but everything is far calmer today.
Nell has several new floats added to her collection.
I liked this fishbox, washed up against our garden fence. I like to imagine that it came via the Faroes.

Beth is a roamer. She lives in a motorhome and has a backup static caravan that serves as a bolthole if needed. Bricks and mortar are very much a thing of the past.
