A Fresh BatchThere probably should have been an Aurora photo today but I was not on the top of my game yesterday and bed seemed the more inviting option. Add to that the cold wind, the light cloud, the moon, the glaring lights  on the hill from our local school, and Brunhilde in the way – well it was all too much effort for what would no doubt be poor results. I watched for a few minutes and that was sufficient to render me too cold for sleep.

…so it’s back to the boring old bread shots. Here’s some Batch Rolls, just out of the oven and ready for our tea.
