Fairly stumped by this prompt, for a while. Then I became peckish whilst pondering…

Babybels – miniature cheeses?

I keep Babybels in the fridge at all times because we are following a low-carbohydrate regime. These small portions of cheese are a really good low-carb energy boost to keep me going until dinner time. I think these count as miniatures?

And, to complete my mini-break, some mini tomatoes go perfectly with the cheese.

Job done, all that I needed was time and space in which to post. In the meantime, out for a walk today…

Miniature Golf

We walked down to the village and along by the lake. On the way I stopped to look at the mini-golf course, though failed to find the way in. It appears to be abandoned. So sad, they were only just building it when we first arrived in Apremont, 2 years ago.

I would love to play a game, though not in the fierce heat that we are suffering at present.

One thing though – I grew up knowing this as Crazy Golf and find it somewhat irritating that over here it is named Mini-golf. Why? And what do you know it as?
