We are in a drought situation here, there’s very little that is wet – except for this coriander that I have just been rinsing and now need to dry off.

I often don’t rinse my herbs but Coriander seems to be grown on sandy soil and there’s nothing more horrible than gritty coriander.

This lot is for garnishing a Thai Curry that I am making of tiny Scallops. It has been another long, hot, and hard-working day and we deserve the treat.

I have managed a small victory in my battle with The Cloud and Lightroom. I have in fact found out how to turn synching OFF. That should help. I plan to prune my files drastically and see no point in eating up bandwidth in order to copy files that are under a death warrant.

That little progress enables the featured header today, from a fun shoot that I had in Spain back in March. I spent ages trying to capture the fountain jets, playing with burst shooting etc. It was enjoyable.

I just wish that I had a clear idea in my head of how this whole setup works. It truly is driving me to distraction.
