The fourteenth prompt for December Reflections 2019 is: Floral

One of the great things about living in France is that it is so very floral. There’s nothing that I like better than a Village Fleurie and we get to see many of them on our travels.

In May 2019 we were in the Ardèche and we walked out one fine and frosty morning to a Medieval Village, Meyras. The narrow streets had houses opening straight onto the cobbles but the householders still managed to grow flowers in pots, window boxes and around the doors. The whole street was fragrant, and smelling of roses. Here’s one that I took a fancy to.
