Today

Today far better than yesterday, with plenty of sun and blue sky. More breeze than of late and a proper back end nip to the air. We walked out to Colvend for supplies and I had the best walk for two or three weeks, making better pace and with less pain than of late. Perhaps things are improving at last. Mr L is certainly improving, with his rash all but disappeared now and still no signs of the nastier symptoms. No blood test results yet though.

Today I became a proper OAP – eligible for my State Pension. I won’t actually receive any cash until December unfortunately.

Today I should have been grappling with Joe Stalin. Maybe later. For now we celebrate – the fact that somebody is going to be giving me money for nothing. Oh, happy day.

TMA not back yet but that would be far too much to expect anyway.
