Can I go home now?

Well, it has been some day today. I get to say “I told you so” though not with any sense of satisfaction. I’d rather have had Mr L come home and tell me what a noodle I have been. The probable diagnosis is, pending blood test results, one of Lyme Disease and he has come home with the appropriate course of antibiotics.

It’s been a long one and I think we are both more than ready for our bed. He must have walked miles today and was out for many hours, not getting home until 5:30pm. It’s a little disappointing to him that his scrip is marked “Do Not  Drink Alcohol”.

It’s far too lively down here, I want to go home to a quiet life.
