We have been talking about our plans for the next few years and I found the courage to assert that I wish to keep returning here, suggesting that we talk to P and J at the local camp site about the possibility of a seasonal pitch in the summers. I have absolutely no doubt that I shall suffer from real homesickness for the first time in my life. This is not a place that I shall leave without a backward glance and I am perfectly confident that living here has changed me a great deal. I shall not be the same again.
