The Tiger rolls that I made this morning looked terrible and all but burned. It was with trepidation that I yielded the bread knife this evening. Amazingly, they were fine on the inside. We ate two each.

The “High-baked” examples have been left for soup-dunking tomorrow.

Important Note to Self: do not attempt to bake Tiger bread in the future without checking the cupboard for adequate supply of rice flour – potato flour does not give the same finish. At all.
