Spelt and Linseed Revisited

Just a quick note to remark that the Spelt & Linseed loaf passed the second day test with flying colours. Even today it remains fit to eat. However, I also have to say that it makes the most fantastic toast. So good in fact that I’d consider making this recipe again specifically in order to make toast.
