Mystery Afghan

I looked through 44 pages of Afghans and throws on Ravelry and I can’t find it. Maybe I dreamed it. Maybe I saw it elsewhere. I’d like to track it down, so if you’ve seen it can you point me at it please? I am fairly certain that it was pictured in neutral shades, that the stripes went across the short way, that they were joined in staggered fashion like this

I vaguely recall the image was of a woman wearing the throw round her shoulders…

and all I want to know is how the joins are made and whether any form of edge is applied in order to stabilise the flapping bits…

I wonder if I saw it at Knitty?
