Interesting. Could add impetus. Perhaps I shall start those Firestarter socks…. but I’ll be needing appropriate yarn. I do have some reds in my Colinette creative bag. Not enough for socks, and entirely the wrong yarns anyway, but maybe I’ll get the urge to produce something out of it. Really, I’d like to use Project Spectrum to propel me in to the craft room and produce some non-fibre work and explore colour in more depth than I have been doing.

I joined the Ravelry group anyway and, who knows, I might even get that Lead or Follow scarf off the ground, in it’s nice orangey colours and with flame-like lace pattern…
