Bus StopTreacle went for a ferry ride to the vet today. This is he, waiting at the gate for the Community Bus to collect us and take us to the ferry (we couldn’t take the car due to Rodent Incursion Damage)

Unfortunately, Treacle has not come home with me this evening. He is having a little hospital holiday: blood tests and x-rays and some TLC. It’s uncertain yet but heart trouble is indicated. Apparently he has so much fluid on his wee lungs that the x-ray will not reveal his heart.

The plan is to try and reduce the fluid on his lungs sufficiently to get a peek at his heart. After that, we don’t yet know.

I arrived home to the news that the car’s wiring has been patched up. Mr L gets bored when we are not around to annoy him 🙂
