I have decided

The baby project (#1, at least) is to be a Baby Surprise Jacket (Ravelry) (Schoolhouse Press) I have bought the pattern and also some yarn. The first version is to be done in sock yarn, which I may knit double (so have bought two balls, just in case – if I don’t. I chose , well – another lovely pair of socks for me will be in order.) I chose some Trekking XXL, Ombre 100 – on offer today at Astrid’s Dutch Obsessions, 15% off. Now tell me that isn’t going to look fantastic! I shan’t believe you.

Here are some Trekking examples of the BSJ at Ravelry Works a treat, does it not?

I shall be needing some knock-your-socks-off buttons now. This is a special baby, of special parents,  and needs to be a special jacket.

Interweb button-seller recommendations, please?

Seems like a plan? … Continue readingA Month in France: Nothing is Lost
