I failed in my mission to buy pins – they didn’t have any. I did get a thimble but they only had one size and they were all in bubble packs so I have no idea if it will fit. I bought a packet of Boasters to compensate…
A very nice lady in the queue behind me said that she had some pins, asked where I lived, and said she will drop them off for me if she is passing. Isn’t that nice? I do love living in proper Civilisation – you can keep the normal kind. That wouldn’t happen in a city, would it?
I’ll might cycle out to the shop in Lady this afternoon to see if they have any pins in stock, just in case.
