Bill Update 3

Bill was going like the clappers this morning when I looked in on him.

I divided… discarding half,  and gave the first cold water feed. Bill has now been moved from the warmth of the server cupboard and back to the kitchen, where it is much cooler.

The spelt is going down fast – must get some more when I go to town tomorrow.

This afternoon is for stuff to go on bread – I am making Marmalade. Nothing striking, I’m just using up cupboard stocks and the can of MaMade that I found when I had a root round the kitchen. The real marmalade plans begin in the New Year, when the Sevilles come in.
