I’m living in a white and white world today and it’s all very strange…
Oh dear. I have absolutely nothing to say!
The weekend is a blank. I’ve cooked a fair bit and messed around with Facebook. That’s it. Nothing of interest whatsoever.
The stove still isn’t in – but we do have an algae-free back yard.
Um.
No.
Sorry.
There just isn’t anything at all.
Is this a NaBloPoMo Fail? or does waffling on about [...]
Today’s post brought my annual statement for my endowment policy. It makes for depressing reading – thank heaven we no longer count on it to pay off the mortgage. A quick mental calculation this morning suggests that I have just about as much in there as I have paid in. I would have done better [...]

We elected to make an early start on the weekend and after the work PC was shut down and the animals fed and exercised, a large and very hot bath was enjoyed, while suitably chilled white wine was [...]
Remember, remember, the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why Gunpowder Season
Should ever be forgot.
