Spinning Group this morning: I managed to ply off my first two bobbins of the mohair/merino red/gray tops. It has turned out a rather fine shade, almost mahogany in today’s light. It made a hefty skein. I think I shall get a second, equally weighty, skein from the remaining fibre. I want to get it done quickly and then move on to another colour… something vibrant, I feel – though PS3 is now into the Earth element, so maybe something green… or brown… *sag* Hmmm… how about a saag yarn? All spinachy green and madras curry brown? I had “Karachi” curry today (Lamb and spinach) – it was just those colours…
